This one is sort of background-y music. Sort of trance-y in the sense of not having a whole lot of melodic progression, but not none at all, and what progression there is comes slowly, gradually. A couple different remixes of other tracks I've used before, though really they're distinct enough that it's almost unnoticeable unless you knew them well enough to pick out the motifs. In other words, it's fine as long as you aren't listening too closely.
The funny story about this mix -- not "ha ha" funny, more like mildly amusing, or completely uninteresting trivia -- is that was unplanned. While working on what will now be mix #10, this one kind of just happened to fall out of it. It's pretty much exactly the opposite tone as the one I want for #10, but it's cohesive and consistent in its own way, so it broke off and became its own thing. Mix #10, by the way, is also pretty much done. I expect I'll put it out in a few months.
